We work with the best couriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) and are ready to provide the Customer with a shipment tracking number as soon as we receive it from the relevant carrier. The product is shipped within 1-3 working days after the order. The average delivery time is 7-15 working days. Product availability may vary, but the customer will be informed in advance and offered an alternative. However, you can choose to wait until the product is back in stock. In this case, the customer will receive his order under the same conditions indicated above from the moment the product is available again. The shipping time may also vary depending on the carrier, the flights, the region where the recipient is located or for events for which Fillershop is not responsible (natural disasters, wars, strikes, etc ...). Customers are requested to contact us for more information regarding the relative shipment. At Facebeautiful we are very interested in the opinion of our customers and we appreciate them. Therefore, should there be any valid reason why a customer is not satisfied with their order, they can simply contact them through our communication channels as soon as they have received the product. Future credit, reshipment or refund can be requested. Future credit is a sum of money that will be forwarded for upcoming orders from a given customer. The aforementioned credit will be available from the moment the relevant request is approved. Reshipment is the second shipment of the previous order or of a certain product in case of loss in transit or poor quality.
Usually, it takes 3-5 working days after Facebeautiful has approved your request. The refund is a total or partial payment of the order. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your bank account after Facebeautiful has approved your request. It will be the responsibility of Facebeautful to inform the customer about the decision within 5 working days. Facebeautiful has the right to approve, reject, partially approve or decide the type of return in relation to the individual case.
No returns will be honored if the product or products have been opened, used or damaged (damage suffered during transport included), unless the product is genuinely defective. Please note that once an order has been placed and refused to receive it from the local post office, courier, border control or customs, no returns will be issued following the return of the goods. Please note: the customer will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties.
